Greg Carter, President & CEO
Greg Carter is a native of Houston, Texas, a graduate of Texas A&M University, and a producer of over 30 films. Greg’s corporate clients include Lexus, Toyota, and Infinity.
Greg studied under Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright, Charles Gordone, and Academy Award-winning writer/producer Pamela Wallace. Greg also served on the Board of Directors for the Southwest Alternate Media Project. He is an inductee of the Texas Filmmakers Hall of Fame and an Independent Spirit Award Recipient.
Greg’s most recent films include Monica, Lucky Girl, My B.F.F., and One Crazy Christmas. As a line producer, Greg also worked on feature films distributed by Lionsgate, Warner Brothers, and Netflix. The latest feature he line produced was A Boy, A Girl, A Dream starring Megan Good and OMari Hardwick. The movie premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and was distributed by Sony Pictures via Samuel Goldwyn Films.
Greg’s latest television endeaver was as creator and showrunner for the television series, 5th Ward, for AMC Network’s UMC.tv (Urban Movie Channel) and WE broadcast network.

Jalene Mack, Vice President Business & Legal Affairs
Jalene Mack majored in Political Science and minored in Mass Communications receiving her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Xavier University of New Orleans. She received her Juris Doctorate from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University in 1993 and is a member of the Texas State Bar.

Rayna Reid Rayford, Director of Development
Rayna Reid majored in Industrial and Labor Relations with a minor in Inequality Studies receiving her undergraduate degree from Cornell University. She earned master’s degrees in education from the University of Pennsylvania, Graduate School of Education and a second in Mass Communication Studies from the University of Houston, Valenti School of Communication. Rayna received her Juris Doctorate from Columbia Law School in 2014 and is a member of the New York state bar.
